How to return an item and get your money back
How long do I have to request a return?
48 hours from delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Items imported from Amazon and SHEIN are final sale and cannot be returned. Full details in the Returns & refunds policy.
How do I request a return?
In My orders, open the order and tap “Request a return”, choose the items, quantity and reason, and add 1–4 photos of the item as you received it (required). We will contact you to arrange pickup.
When will I be refunded?
Once we receive and check the item we refund you via the original payment method or as store credit, usually within 3–7 working days.
